PR... wasn't there a "share buy back" announced a while ago... and people posted here that they could not get anything done? Similar thing happened when the Play for Pay thingy was going down the tube... Mikie offered to buy back the franchises saying that he want to have full control... no more franchises. Franchise owners never got paid per posts at the time.
