rkiefhaber do I recall correctly the fact that you were in negotiations with new management and that you came to an agreement with them but as of yet it has not been honored? If that is the case it would make one wonder if they did contract all old obligations to Carraway or not. If they did, why would they have talked to you at all in the first place? This fact might be a good argument that the company is still the company and just might be responsible for past obligations and debt.
