Paulsing, this is how I understand it.BRZL the shell is/was AGDO. Refro owns BRZL, it is HIS baby, he made Weiss ceo during the funding period(1m to pay Renfro for ER Energy). Renfro's on both sides of the deal, so he has much to gain by this going forward. RE Energy is ready to pump proven oil right now, if the pipes get hooked up.
