Since HRNF reported it is almost flat broke, per latest financials, the may be having trouble paying for the simplest of corporate needs. - PRmaniac

shares to management?!?!?! What management? What board? He operates from a UPS drop box and his home. This info comes from official sources... Florida Corp and the County's Tax Collector. - hadesdog

Looks like HRNF is operating as a virtual company. Contracting out manufacturing and distribution to 3rd party vendors. Also, CEO is operating out of a home office. Very little "corporate need" there.
