GoSilver.....that's a difficult question as it directly relates to how much oil is discovered. There have been very large discoveries in zones just outside of the JDZ, but the JDZ itself is a virgin to the drill bit. Expectations are very high for finding some world class sized reserves but until the holes are spudded it will remain unclear what will be found. XOM/CVX paid the highest signature bonus ever (acre for acre) in the JDZ block 1.
Step one is getting the award process behind us. This will hopefully be concluded this week........but in Africa, nobody ever knows what "when" means.
The SP right now is very low for what ERHC is expected to take this round. Your question will be a mite easier to respond to once awards are granted and PSC's signed.
