Exactly what I was thinking. The original plan was 49% QASP ownership which would leave Mineseeker in control and not a subsidiary.

Mineseeker will have to go in a shell to become public -thats what they want to do - Mineseeker will not be connected to Centaflix imo 51/49 is fine but Kendrick and Owens both want the 51% --this will be 2 seperate companies imo
