I know that GERS has few able-bodied hands on deck but considering the unusual trading activity that has occurred all year and most recently, GERS should be able to put out a communication stating what is happening; good, bad, or indifferent. KK and GERS management must know that share holders have questions and misgivings about the implication and purpose of this activity. They may not be able to protect share holder equity but they should be able to find five minutes for a brief note to those that have kept GERS afloat. The lack of courtesy and attention is disappointing.

I don't think you could class this as a name change, because ESYR is a subsidiary (owned) by GERS (unless I have been misinformed)and which concentrates on the technical innovations of the processing & Patent development. I may be overstating the importance of ESYR, but think that is basically the status. Don't take my word, check it out. Sometimes these relationships get complex! All this JMO, but I do read a lot! Heh! Wouldn't it be a hoot if ESYR got all the Patent Infringement settlements!~
