but a few seconds on google and you can find references and pictures of that same product, same packaging as far back as early february.

on that cache from february 24th 2011, you will see that product EIPCASE203 solar charger for $48.69

and a quick further search directs you to the page of the chinese manufacturer itself , where you can buy them in big quantities for 10$ and that even back in 2010
