You notice no Greenfield pump in latest PR's!
Also worth noting, of all the companies in the Greenfield portfolio, only CCTR is joining the Webcast on 4/21/2011. This is because it's New Market's flagship. I have a feeling CCTR has done well, so they intend to report its financials at the same time as NWMT. The dismantling of Greenfield Partnership because the strategy of NWMT has become "complex", is intended to disassociate from the losers in the Greenfield portfolio and focus on the reintegration of CCTR and NWMT. Because New Market is nothing without CCTR. I would not be surprised if New Market acquires CCTR now that the PPS is so cheap; they already control the company with the Series D shares. I can picture one company in the end. Winners on the left, losers on the right. Just like Jersey Shore! IMO
