The problem is CDIV makes crappy apps and there are probably close to half a MILLION of them out there. The market is flooded with apps. Jumping on hot trends is a common ploy of stock scams.

Not when the phone apps do not work as is the case with CDIV. Users have stated that CDIV's game apps would not be worth the time to download them even if they were free. Throw crappy advertising into the mix and people will avoid them like the plague. I personally hate apps that have advertising and always remove them from my iPhone.
