I agree that this is a significant movement in the state court case. We've had some big changes with stock in general over the last year. The settlement announcement with T-mobile was also quite significant as well.

The gravity of this Friday's decision is massive. If the Judge rules to throw all of Daic's witnesses and responses out, they might as well just settle. If the Judges rules to allow them, we might as well start looking for another courtroom.
