I am only interested in discussions concerning the serious problems that now face the company, and particularly the exact reasons why it has failed to meet its anticipated objectives over the past five years.
Surely, you cannot say that Frudakis predicted five years ago the company would be at its present sorry state of finacial affairs and penny pps. If he did so, would you have bought in at that time? That is the true test of your belief in the commercial value of what the company has for sale.
