Why we acquired HM3 and all we can do is suspect Chris gave some of his restricted stock to Tim, Lydia and Carl. So we will be retiring some of their stock? I find that hard to believe. The PR says afflicates. There might be old shares associted with Chris' prior ventures, the 200 million we are trading. Hardly enough to answer questions though. I may just be dense here, something I've been acused of in the past, lol...

I think it's been confirm Mytrak was shot by Bluewater, but I don't think Bluewater is an affiate. I view them as vendor that shares the same address as HM3. I beive HM3 just rents a few offices and/or cubes from Omnicom, but they don't neccessarily own anything there. Unless I'm missing something again...
