Why does nobody knows were are Sial kblb's stock are coming from??
the lab pointed out that now they are kblb shareholders.

Are they (the shares) from Kim 50%+ holdings?
Are they stock that the bought like you and me from market?
will there be a dilushion of common stock after the deal is done?
mmm...i hope for the best. i think Kim once said that he has no intshion to dilut stock...what do you think of all of this dear M???
