You are right, the FDA is under scrutiny for approving prescription drugs that require large dosages and that are responsible for thousands of deaths each year. Do some research and compare the deaths caused by FDA approved prescription drugs vs. Medical Marijuana. It is only a matter of time before the government admits that Marijuana is going to be the future for our health care.
You are also forgetting that government, federal and state, is under scrutiny right now for budget issues. Medical MJ would be an answer to a lot of these issues and legalization would make many of them disappear over night.
We are in times of desperate measures amigos. Keep your head on a swivel.....things could start moving around here.....
