I'm a novice and could've flipped once during this deal, but chose to stick with it. I don't have a problem with waiting. imo it's till a viable investment. Pay-off should be nice. These things take time and I agree that he probably shouldn't have put dates on things, but since he has, I guess we'll just have to deal with them. Thanks for all the great info and comments.
