Or the split is over MDGC's patents and Val ended the relationship once he receive the validation he needed on the strength of the patents especially now that the industry is turning to LMDS as a potnetial solution for its capacity problems.

LOL...No, that is not the reason. More importantly the MediaG3 speed and bandwidth is far superior to that of Clearwire and we could actually be their supplier.
