What does it actually cost to drill a hole, get the equipment there etc?

A couple million shares every couple of months is roughly 20 grand at this pps. Sounds more like a income. His diamond sales are expected to reach 100,000 a month. Thought that was gonna pay for the drilling. And his JV partners he was in negotiations with were gonna foot some of the bill...
