This is probably the best deal you will ever get on this stock.Last time it was at this price in November 2010,it took off one day up to .0049 That was with no news release.When the permit was denied in December,It fell back down.With all of the problems taken care of and the permit approval this time,It should really move up to new highs and beyond.
