I suggested to my friend to change his one mil buy to two blocks of 500 k shares GTC, all or none @ .0039.......the theory behind is this will force the MM's to make a decision while the stock is in a lull, to short the smaller blocks at some point & also MM's want to create vol in some manner to pocket the spread..........IMO....will keep u guys posted......may take a few weeks to fill.....
