stakddek Most here agree with you in that the r/s, euphemistically disguised as a healthy stock reorganization by Frudakis, sucks and can do no good UNLESS the company can get a big revenue deal, something which has eluded it over the past 5 plus years. Also like most here, you are probably so far down on your investment that you really have no choice but to ride it out rather than sell for a mere pittance, unless you need the tax write-off.

The only ones to blame for this bad situation is the company management team, but maybe they cannot be faulted for trying to sell something which apparently has no commercial merit and no one wants to buy. The facts so far seem to confirm this latter conclusion, but I am open to serious discussion on this important issue. Dreamers, delusionals, alcoholics and those in denial need not respond.

Stakddek

Thank you for your professionalism and your courtesy to respond to my question about the pending R/S and sell of additional common shares.

I've been watching (and in-and-out) DNAP for I guess just a little short of 3-years now. I missed the last big run up though. I saw it hit a half-cent a few weeks ago but thought it would move sideways for a while so no big hurry. Shame on me!

In any event, a Company (any Company) borrowing monies from the public (common stock holders) is not a good short term investiment for the public imho.

Respects and best wishes to you and to all. Too many stocks out there for me to think otherwise...Seriously, Best Wishes.

(I'll keep watching and get back in later)
