that is exactly what promoters depend on after a significant run...as they quietly dilute and position themselves for selfserving purposes

Remember the golden rule of bashers CWS: They only bash "good stocks." If a stock has no potential, they are no where to be found. TLNO has big potential over the long haul and they are trying to load up on all the cheap shares that they can before the revenue numbers start to roll in. IMO
