If the DCO rules apply to us they also apply to the defendant. Basically, Daic et al. will have no case and will have no choice to settle. We can basically say if our hearing this Friday is granted we have won the case cause the defendant has no witnesses. Someone correct me if I am wrong. But this is bigger than we expect.
It had to do with the 2008 Settlement agreement, penalties and subsequent agreements. It's all in the 2008 Settlement agreement etc. You can check it at SEC.GOV.
