I think the 10K will be revealing (as annual reports usually contain more operating info and MD&A than quarterlies) and the 10Q should have interesting detail also, but he did not say he would wait til the 15th to announce anything...

He said "able to announce"...meaning he will PR deal closings or whatnot as soon as he is able...as soon as they are official.

So it looks like we'll have to wait until may 15th, the latest? It seems this Friday is just YE 2010. Hopefully he releases what we wanna hear soon!
