Frog the date is April 28th - yesterday - but upon re-reading again it does maybe look like they are using it on a regular basis and not just in isolated cases. The word strategic?? And if SY has it as a part of their permanent arsenal that would be the number 1 referene for worldwide police use.

And no I don't think it had much to do with this weeks action. I really think this weeks action was manipulated by DNAP themselves via LaJolla.
