Yea was kinda what I was thinking. Those types of things take time to draft, agree to, then get it all legally signed and then release to the public. I'm betting it had already been agreed to when they announced the extension. The speculation may be close enough but that's kinda like horseshoes or hand grenades. Hope the hand grenade was close enough.
