I will make a comparison. I own shares in SDCJF which is an Australian company that is listed in both Australia and in the US. Most shares trade in Australia. The pps in the US very closely reflects what happens to the pps in Australia. Since most of the float is owned by Swedes my assumption is that Stockholm will in practice be the exchange that decides the pps. If the pps in US is lower than the pps in Stockholm there will be increased demand for the shares quoted in the US so that the prioe will more or less move to the pps in Stockholm.
