If you look at page 4 page if you sell your restricted stock in time frames exceeding 5 days, be prepared to fill out multiple negotiability documents.
Tony said don't be concerned after restriction ends, shares will not be available for sale all at one time. Thats because brokers have different processing times.
ENTI's PTEL PR is misleading IMO. Restricted stock, rule 144 should have been disclosed, rather than the impression investors would receive the dividend shortly after the deal was closed.
