#1612 RE: Mutz #1610

Hey Mutz,

Do you have any positive info that CA will be using ASYTQ to do a R/M?
We do not have any confirmation on a R/M. What we do have are "clues" that point to a R/M as a possibility.

Is ASYTQ currently a shell stock?
By definition, YES, ASYTQ is a "Natural Shell", according to the SEC. ASYTQ is a "Non-Reporting" shell.

Also, do you have any idea as to when ASYTQ will be coming out of BK?
YES. The Trustee, has indicated that ASYTQ is in the "Final Phase" of Bankruptcy. As for a date, we do not know when that will be. Just like QSGIQ though, ASYTQ's stock price will move-up BEFORE that emergence is announced. The stock market anticipates NEWS in advance. That's why QSGIQ moved up to 0.58c. The stocks price moved-up on the belief that the company would emerge from Bankruptcy. On March 21st, the announcement was made, and the stock dropped all the way down to 0.15c in 6-days !

ASYTQ's price will move-up in advance on the belief of a combination of a R/M and emergence from Bankruptcy. That's how you'll know that an announcement is days away. Right now, ASYTQ'ers are waiting on the next report from the Trustee, and from Crossing Automation, who is due to release an April Newsletter. The stock of ASYTQ should move-up around the release of both of these.

Any insight you could provide would be appreciated. I do have a small position in this stock. From what I gather (and keep in mind I haven't done much DD) is that CA is a private company that might possibly go public by using ASYTQ.

That is correct. Crossing is a private company.
And YES, it is very possible that it could announce that it is forming a R/M with ASYTQ, so that it can become a publicly traded company. ASYTQ has a great share structure of only 50M shares o/s.

Is this assumption partially correct? Thanks buddy.

Yes it is.
