If down 50% is a blood bath, then up 100% must be a windfall or something else spectactular.

I'll humor you, but first let me correct you. Bloodbath is one word not two words. That being cleared up, one dictionary defines bloodbath as an - indiscriminate slaughter. In turn, the definition of slaughter is: 1. The killing of animals especially for food. 2. The killing of a large number of people. So by definition a stock cannot be slaughtered as it is not an animal nor a human. Still that being said, if one wanted to use the word bloodbath as analogy, a "killing" would imply and need to be 100%, not 50%. You cannot halfway kill an animal; you cannot halfway kill a person. You cannot halfway kill a stock. One is either alive or dead, there is no 50/50. So a decrease of 50% is not a killing as you would imply as the stock is still very much alive.

So in direct response to your post:
My question was, is a 50% decline a blood bath, :
Answer: No.

and If not what percentage decline is a blood bath?
Answer: 100%

What the price is in the future, or how much is rises in the future is not the issue. Is a 50% decline IN ONE DAY a blood bath???
Answer: No.

I hope this clears up some of your confusion. USRI will be coming out with financials and disclosures very shortly and to be followed will be some amazing news moving forward. This isn't your typical pinkie. IMO, USRI will be trading on the big boards within 18 months. My suggestion: get in now on the dip, and hold LONG!
