My thoughts too, it may well be that a restructuring will convert our ARCEN shares to commons without us having to do anything. A new company will want to clean up these convertable shares IMO.
Still have all mine in limbo! But good news that some of the ACLY board members are gone..!! They were the road blocks that Matt was dealing with trying to resolve the lease or money issue.
Maybe now things will be different since they have different interest in their new venture and must now clean up their business!
I am sure the big investor knows more than we do!!!! And just to invest that much...it must be good!
