Most people are expecting between april-may for the merge to be done. Like you said, the results of the special meeting will definitely help the pps to chip through the .90-1.00 resistance zone. Some may exit in this zone if there's no news in the next week or two. Not me. I've got a sell order of 750 shares at 1.50 to buy a john deere riding mower. The rest will be held for a year.
