I don't see how VNDM sitting on the ask has any indication on what the PPS will do. There are always MM siting on the ask at higher prices and the PPS never goes there. I am sure that I just don't understand what you see. I am a value investor, not a chartist or an L2 guy. I see value of a company, undervaluation or over valuation, that's about it. Feel free to explain!
