there is no share structure issue. Everyone knows exactly what it is. Your wishing it to be different has no bearing on the facts. The facts say it is 3 Billion, 2 1/2 Billion of which were illegaly sold by the nutts.
Bringing in a goofy conspiracy nut like Faulk is useless because shareholders have zero chance proving there is any NSS in the bankrupt SPNG. As for Mark, he has never produced the slightest evidence of an NSS in either this scam or the other one he shot off his mouth about. But, he is a publicity hound and if this serves to put his name in front of somebody and if he can collect some fees, it serves his purposes.
