I love how Markle also included a Proposed Order to make it very clear that the court would be in serious jeopardy of not granting the motion.

This is awesome. Just awesome - I recommend that everyone log into the state court website and read it for themselves. This could potentially be HUGE for the case in favor of Calypso.

What would Daic and Co have left? What did they file in time?
