The problem is, IF it fails.. this thing could get a global lock slapped on it. I have been through those things before and they SUCK. They can take forever it get it lifted, if they ever do, and by that time your money is diluted.

I called the SEC this morning to ask this what would happen if they don't file the 10k by April 15th, and she said they have 24 hours to file an extension or it could be locked by the sec. I don't know man, sounds like a big IF to me. Especially since they already missed two dates.
