I called a few times this week. Just got the run around from Paul Feller's assistant. She originally was going to have Paul or the CFO call me back. I never got a call back and left another message yesterday. Then got a hold of her this morning. She could not be descriptive, but said it is due to an issue in the past; nothing from the current administration. Which IMO basically confirms that it is due to the investigation from 07'. She said the legal team is going to put something together and get it out in the news. So I guess I don't really have any answers...
