spider silk has been used for thousands of years to make the finest garments there are. It is stronger than steel and if it can be made in large quantities would definitly be profitable. the Chinese harvested it from actual spiders.

mojo, I have owned scam stocks. One I thought was the real deal. I even visited the company in Florida. Florida, that was my first mistake. Never invest in a penny from Florida. That state is loaded with crooks!! Some pennies I know are scams, but I get in and out quickly. I don't even do that anymore. If KBLB has another public announcement from Notre Dame I'll go and get some photos and see what I can find out. I'm probably going to visit anyway after school is out May 5th. I have too much money in this to not be getting any updates on progress. From what I see this stock is the real deal. I don't think Notre Dame would hold a press conference without believeing they really had something.
As far as spidersilk having value. The whole world can't be wrong. Just making rope is a big deal. New materials promote new inovations.

is it a fact that spidersilk can be produced "profitably" in large quantities?...has that been proven?

This is common sense, KBLB has silkworms that express spider protein. Plug our silkworms into the already existing silk process.

is it a fact that kblb's spidersilk can be produced in large quantities?..has that been proven?..

This is common sense, each silkworm produces 200-300 eggs, there is already a mass produced silk industry, again simply do the same with kblb silk.

has it been proven that the spider silk will work and can actually be woven in such a way that it can be used as textile commercially?..has it been tested as a bullet proof material as some are claiming that it can be?..have any of the possible uses been tested?..any of them?..

What you do is look at the toughness rating of spider silk, compare it to kevlar. Toughness is the energy absorbed before breaking. Spider silk is much tougher than kevlar and lighter. I can't quote a specific use already tested bulletproof wise, but the mechanical properties make it a ridiculous notion to say otherwise. I.E. it is like saying you have to prove that 100 degrees melts ice cream faster than 33 degrees. LMAO

has it been proven that a pencil sized strand can stop a 747 in mid flight?..lol..that one was just plain stupid..and many here said the guy did a good job with that pumping blog..haha

That hands down is a false figure. But Ducati's blog is largely good DD for those who read it. Here is a figure straight from a scientist, one of our scientists. A one inch thick spider silk strand could stop a fighter jet on a carrier. Stopping a 747 in flight would have to be significantly thicker.

are these companies farther ahead in the commercialization process than kblb...is that a good thing?..

Let me go put my spidersilk underpants on and Ill get back to you on that one.

..i cant imagine anywhere else you would want to purchase something, sight unseen without knowing whether or not it works or actually even exists..and if you ask questions you are told, 'shhh, its a secret"..and then eagerly spend your money and defend the process..lol

LMAO, notre dame press conference, 12 of the transgenic spun threads were on display, some investors even got to touch hit, along with scientists and reporters, oh yeah that press conference is on video, there is another video with Dr Fraser by himself holding and then explaining uses for our thread. IT EXISTS. Did you invest in Spunjtek without buying their soap baked in sponge, lmao. If you read scientific articles, amongst other things, you would not doubt its existence.

AGAIN, the ceo has a strategy and mindset about how to and how not to make announcements, for those that do not like it, I suggest you sell right now. His mindset is on record, so it could have been taken into account before shares were bought. Also folks couldve looked in the past and seen large time frames with no press releases. IT IS WHAT IT IS.

yes i know kblb is supposed to have a better product...they all think they have a better product..kblb's "product" is still being developed and tested...and no one knows what those results really are...so there isnt quite yet a "product" at all..its all still maybe's and possibly's

We know a few things about the test results as reported by the scientists, ultimate uses for the currently developed fibers are just to compete with garment silk and athletic wear, future developments are needed for the technical textiles market. Believing these developments will come is a gamble just like investing in 09. The scientists are on record saying future developments will be easier, but we will see. Now look at 99 percent of OTC products/services. An easy 75-90% are scams. 5-10% that aren't a scam have a lame product/service that likely won't survive, and 1-2% of OTC have something I would even take a 2nd look at. Universities around the world are continuing to attempt to do what our scientists have done.
