If that happens, which could be by design, then all credibility is gone, and a whole new group of naysayers will be born and the company will need a whole new group of buyers to find their way in !!

It was said they were Close as of the 5th and waited to end of day to communicate, bc they thought there could be a “last minute miracle”!

Now that is looking like BFS, as they have Not filed yet as of today!

Saying "All documents are in order and payments have been made", means What?!
