When it comes to the up listing there is nothing in the PR that indicates for SHs to be notified on the comp's decision prior to end of March. BRAV is merely recognizing the up listing as an absolute necessity based on positive bus growth w/o obliging itself to SHs for further notification.
BTW, early April to me runs up to mid April with 7 days to go from today.
