This will likely be the scenario...
We have to wait al least a year until we can trade our Q divi's from ENTI, until that time MMX is long gone to PTEL and the value of ENTI will be minimal, (like this has so much room to decline ... duh). By then ENTI will trade close to .0001.

By the time we can trade our PTEL divi's, PTEL will be heavily diluted and also trade close to .0001, so we have two time zero on our hands. Obviously the market knows that too, hence the lack of appreciation in the GREAT, HUGH, and EXCITED deal from ENTI...

Why would one want to sell their shares in P^^^ immediately if they originally invested in MM for the long-term potential?

It seems to me that many people just can't see what is happening.
