I think that's one of the two reasons

the price held as long as it did. A lot of investors have decided they are going to get out when the stock pops. Every time it does pop, sellers come out and blunts the rise.

Obviously many here wish they had sold at a buck. But now many here are wishing they sold at .15

((the other reason the stock held is the 5 month delay in getting Cranshire's shares registered. they were locked in. no more now))

Now you'll be fighting, not just the delay till submission, but the fact that someone is going to have to sell shares to raise cash. Either Dean or IMGG. Spec plays don't get bank loans. Their currency is their stock.

(and the warrants get repriced downward the moment IMGG does a stock offering)
