What you need to understand, Codesters, is that our Hyundai is their Cadillac. We buy Food Club's Mac and Cheese to save a few bucks over Kraft....China will buy it to save a few RATS (or whatever they substitue for pasta) over whatever local brands are available. Where we see a "discount brand", they will see a "brand name". You talk about homes "under forclosure", they don't even have a home (as we would define one), they live in a shed. You talk about lost jobs......they can't loose their job, because their job is growing the food they need to live! Space program? I won't even touch that one (they do send some satellites into orbit, but I doubt the common folk have any comprehension of it). Food in China is likely to kill you (see the baby formula fiasco). Our bargain brands will be the "food that does not kill you" for the Chinese. The future is looking brighter and brighter for CFSC. They are in the perfect position, and the perfect time. It's all good!

This is not good, China is thriving economy wise, so why will they need to go to cheaper products?

No, but the chinese got 64 millions new build apartments which
no one can afford to buy. They are buildt by the chinese gov in the last years to pump up the chinese economy to look better than it is.
In China as in the rest of the world there are poor people, middle class and upper class. And guess what. The majority of the people are poor and only a very few are upper class so why is it bad to have cheaper products to serve more customers?

The main issue is to earn money on every product purchased.
This gives GDHI a opportunity to increase thier revenue.
