Gmarc - Good points on extension....
The extension is not a bad thing, especially when one considers the extent of periods needed in the Filing. I would rather have it delayed a few Days and be right , as opposed to an amendment later.
As for those "not so die hards". I think they still are die hard. They just let a little pride get in the way, and wanted to pay a cheaper PPS. But, now it should be clearer and clearer that those "predictions" are not going to happen, and the futile efforts have been for not. I think those Folks are smart and they are not going to let one wrong decision cost them, as someone else said, "The pick of the Year". They should, if they have not already, take advantage of these PPS levels, and it will be Welcome Back.
