That is exactly what I think VLXC is a very risky speculation. Stock prices have already reflected all the good things that are on your list. So, why the share prices stay down here (some may call at extremely undervalued level)?
My guess is that something really important has not been fully disclosed to the public, yet is reflected in the share prices( because there are always people who know better).
