the package that would make most sence to me, would be to contract. excavators to load trucks, trucks,& road maintanence
essentially sub out the hole heavy equipment part of the operation, and concentrate ( no pun intended ) on gold recovery, remember they went down the heavy equipment road once before. look what happened, all these years later they have finally paid it off including repair bills. Oh no i bet they sub the hole heavy equipment gig out> JMO
