Not so much wrong louc, it's all in the way it's interpreted.
So far it's looking good and the merger is on it's final leg to finalization. Just some legalities to tighten up and it will be done, imo. Try not to read anything into it. I know it's tough at times, but lots of ppl see this as a sure thing. More so than those who see it as a failure in progress.
imo, this will pay off well and in the end we'll all be happy campers. That being said, Be well and try not to worry. It'll fly. :)
