That depends on the reason they miss it, and if SLMU has missed the filings in the past. They could actually get an extension if these things aren't true but they have to file a 12b-25 24 hours of the deadline. You would also see and E added to the symbol SLMUE. I can't find anything that suggest that SLMU has ever had a problem completing it by the requested date which is April 1st.
