lawyer, TADF is announcing the merger with TAC-AIR within a couple of weeks. This is the Tac-air website:

This is the real deal, with real government contracts and real revenues. Tac-air has been preparing themselves this month by acquiring new aircraft and awarded new contracts. Like i said, based on their activity it seems as if a large government contract is contingent upon the close of this merger.

There are some very powerful and important people that will be aprt of this deal. There will be individuals on the board of this combined company that are on the board of several multi-billion dollar public companies. This is the real deal, this is no joke. The people involved have incredible credibilty and have immense influence in the field. GLTA
