No that is funny! The lender that you were refering to in the 8K filing, has to wait 6 months to be able to sell and has constrants as to the value that they can sell at.
Shareholders here have not constrants and can sell when ever they want to of for what ever price they want to.
And yes! 3 months in Solar is a very, very short time when the company had not even started one of their projects.
